Dealing Representative Status: Operating DVG Capital grants me autonomy over business operations, encompassing marketing, client relations, and administrative tasks, while workingas a Dealing Representative with Axcess Capital Advisors Inc.
Agreement: Our agreement with Axcess Capital establishes the terms and conditions of our relationship, including compensation structures, responsibilities, and any exclusivity clauses.
Client Interactions: Clients can expect direct interaction with me throughout the investment process. While they may contact Axcess Capital or the company they're investing in for specific inquiries, I remain available to address any questions or concerns they may have.
Compensation: Compensation structures may vary based on the nature of the investment. Typically, Axcess Capital receives a percentage from the invested amount, out of which I receive a corresponding percentage.
Regulatory Compliance: Adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards is paramount. Both DVG Capital and Axcess Capital operate within the bounds of licensing requirements, disclosure obligations, and ethical guidelines.
